Oluchi is a patient advocate and channels this into her work. She has a daily resolve to inspire healthy lifestyles and help people elevate their quality of life.

To ensure that you will benefit maximally from our online treatment, we have designed a form that will help us determine if an online consultation is for you. This form will be filled at the beginning of the consultation process, and will determine if you will proceed with us or not.

All of the treatment protocols and adherence to them will be monitored. If you do not get better, further assessments will be made to understand why this is so, and what needs to be changed.

Injury Rehabilitation Details

Each injury rehabilitation session begins with an in-depth online assessment which involves series of questions, physical tests and/or investigations. Your physiotherapist will determine your diagnosis, work with you in developing a recovery plan, and provide a diagnosis report. A customized exercise guide and a lifestyle modification plan will be delivered to you for the best outcome. We cheer you on and help you stay on track with your recovery plan through follow up prompts and check- ins on your mobile device. Your physiotherapist will also review your progress during the course of your treatment.

  1. Complete the pre-assessment discomfort survey
  2. Be at your workstation during the assessment
  3. Dedicate 15 minutes to the process
  4. Fill the risk assessment form
  5. Take and upload pictures of your workstation
